Sana Sana was born from the friendship of Jeroen and Gareth - two men with one shared mission: help people live healthier, happier lives.
Since 2014, we have welcomed over 3,500 guests to our retreat in Spain. Many return year after year - some twice a year.
Jeroen, your warm-hearted host and wellness guide, and Gareth, our culinary creative, create an atmosphere that feels like home - but better.
