    Sana Sana Retreat is a lifestyle and wellness experience. It is not a medical treatment, diagnosis or cure for any physical or mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

    1. Nature of our programs

    Our retreats include activities such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, walks, cooking demonstrations, nutritional guidance, detox routines, weight-management support, and complementary treatments. These are offered as general lifestyle education and are not a form of clinical care.

    2. Consult your doctor first

    Please consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before booking, and again before starting any new physical activity, detox regime, dietary change, fasting or weight-loss protocol, especially if you:

    • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
    • are under medical, psychological or psychiatric supervision;
    • have a diagnosed chronic condition (cardiovascular, metabolic, autoimmune, oncological, or any other);
    • take prescription medication or have recently had surgery;
    • have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating;
    • have any injury, allergy, food intolerance or mobility limitation.

    3. Individual results

    Testimonials and outcomes described on this website are individual experiences. They are not guarantees of any specific health, weight or wellbeing result. Response to any program varies from person to person.

    4. Your responsibility during the stay

    We do not provide medical supervision on site. You remain responsible for managing your own health, medication and food choices during the retreat. Please tell us at booking and again in your pre-arrival form about any condition, medication or dietary need we should be aware of. Participation in every activity is voluntary and at your own risk.

    5. Emergencies

    In case of a medical emergency during your stay, dial 112 (EU emergency number). We will assist you in contacting local medical services, but any medical care is provided by the relevant Spanish healthcare professionals and paid for by the guest or their insurer.

    6. Travel and health insurance

    We strongly recommend all guests hold comprehensive travel and health insurance covering the dates of the retreat, including cancellation, medical care and repatriation.
