Is a Week Long Enough to Actually Feel Different?
Seven days sounds short when you are trying to undo months of bad habits. But the question is not whether a week is enough time to fix everything. It is enough time for your body to remember what it feels like to function well.

This is the question I get more than any other. People have done the maths: years of stress, bad sleep, processed food, too much sitting. Seven days does not cancel that out. They are right.
But that is the wrong way to think about it.
What a Week Can Actually Do
Seven focused days can break a cycle. Not permanently on their own, but they can interrupt the pattern enough that your body remembers what it feels like to function without the noise. Good sleep. Clean food. Movement. Time outdoors. No alcohol. No obligations.
By day three or four, most guests start to feel it. Not a dramatic transformation. Something quieter. The heaviness starts to lift. The digestion settles. The mind slows down.
That shift is real. And it matters, because once you feel it, you know it is possible. That changes how you make decisions when you go home.
The Inflammation Question
One of the things a week of clean living does reliably is reduce inflammation. Joints that were stiff feel less so. Skin improves. Sleep deepens. Weight drops, typically between two and four kilos depending on the person. These are not anecdotes. They are what I see week after week.
Inflammation is not something you feel directly, but you feel its absence. That is what guests describe on day six or seven. A kind of lightness that is hard to name but easy to recognise.
The Bigger Risk Is Going Home Unchanged
The week works when it changes something about how you live afterwards. Not a total overhaul. One or two things. Maybe you stop eating after eight. Maybe you cut the afternoon sugar. Maybe you start walking again.
I spend time with each guest towards the end of the week talking about exactly this. What felt good? What is realistic to keep? Not a life plan. Just honest conversation about what the week showed them.
So Is Seven Days Enough?
Enough to fix everything? No. Enough to feel genuinely different and leave with something to build on? Yes. That is what I have seen over and over, and it is what I am trying to give people when they come here.
If you leave feeling better than when you arrived, and you have one or two things you are going to do differently, the week has done its job.
Ready to Feel the Difference for Yourself?
A week at Sana Sana is not a full reset of your life. It is enough time for your body to remember what it feels like to function well, and to leave with one or two habits you can actually keep.
